The Apple of My Eye

Ink has a very special place in my heart. When I was eight years old we moved to China with my family. Ever since then, I have been mesmerized by the extraordinary potential of ink, transforming itself into anything imaginable, and the richness of its saturation. Ink is so special to me, that I've decided to name this collection after the secret passion that I have for this medium.

"The Apple of My Eye" Ink collection is the result of hours of fun, mark making experiments. I think there's so much beauty in the expansion and retention of water, as it meets the ink and the dry/wet surface of the paper.
